2 Day Course Overview
Explore the core concepts of ischemic trigger point release and its application in manual therapy. Our course covers techniques that focus on promoting recovery and enhancing mobility for individuals with musculoskeletal conditions.
Hands-On Experience
Engage in hands-on workshops to gain practical experience in assessing and applying ischemic trigger point release for effective pain management, tissue healing, and functional improvement. To cover releases for 50+ different muscles across the spine, upper extremities and lower extremities.
Core Concepts
Learn the evidence behind ischemic trigger point release, the parameters for its application and the ideal client populations for its use across many common musculoskeletal conditions.
Resources Certification
Participants will receive a handbook and PowerPoint slides of the course notes.
Upon completion of the course, participants will receive certification, demonstrating their proficiency in ischemic trigger point release and its integration into comprehensive rehabilitation programs.
